Put a generous amount of olive oil in a cup and mix in two tablespoons of Aglio. The texture should be pesto-like and you can use it like pesto.

We cooked a much larger amount of penne pasta and saved the leftovers for a hearty salad the next day, which you can add any vegetables or chicken you want.
We also tried making a macaroni box with lots of vegetables and seasoned only with Aglio and salt, it worked really well!
Melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella cheese is made by adding Aglio, olive oil and chopped fresh basil (you can also leave out the basil). You can slice them on top of pizza, between sandwiches or even in a salad. Heavenly!
