Lemon Grass is a cornerstone of Asian, especially Thai, cuisine. It is perfect for stir-frying, stewing, and seasoning fish and chicken.
Lemongrass also works as a refreshing tea – put 1–2 teaspoons of dried lemongrass in a cup, pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
