Liperi, or lipstick, is a great broth spice in itself! A powerful traditional herb with a taste reminiscent of celery, leek and parsley, which many of us have become familiar with from our grandparents' gardens and has been used as a broth spice in the preparation of meat dishes/soups. Lipstick is making a comeback and for good reason! You can also add lipstick to pasta and rice cooking water, stews and casseroles. Also try lipstick butter, warm bread with butter and lipstick on top, heavenly!
