Mint is a versatile herb, with a fresh and slightly sweet flavor that is perfect for both cooking and drinking. A classic of Greek cuisine, it is used in tzatziki, minced meat patties, vine leaf rolls and lamb. Mint also works well in salads, sauces and as a condiment for couscous or yogurt.
Dried mint also makes an excellent tea: add about a teaspoon to a cup of hot water and enjoy a soothing mint tea.
