Thar is an interpretation of curry spice. Stronger, deeper and spicier than traditional curry. The name of the blend is inspired by the Thar Desert, which stretches along the border of India and Pakistan. The golden sands of the desert are also reflected in the spice's warm tone and intense aroma.
Thar is suitable for use like curry: in vegetarian dishes, lentils, chicken dishes, stews and as a seasoning for rice. It brings a deep, slightly spicy and aromatic character to food without added salt or additives.
Ingredients: turmeric, coriander, jeera (cumin), ginger, cayenne, cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg
