Garlic flakes are a versatile and ready-to-use way to add the rich flavor of garlic to your dishes without peeling or chopping. You can use them just like fresh garlic: add them at the beginning of cooking when you want the flavor to blend into the food, or at the end if you want to preserve the texture of the flakes and get a light crunch.
This additive-free garlic chip is made from 100% garlic without any salt or other additives. Perfect for soups, stews, sauces, vegetarian dishes and marinades. It is also suitable for finishing salads and hot dishes.
