Leka chili sauce

Leka – Medium Hot Chili Sauce with Jalapeno & Naga Jolokia (200 ml)

Leka is our medium-hot table spice classic.
The jalapeno adds flavor and a gentle heat, while the Naga Jolokia adds just the right amount of spice. The 3/5 strength makes this sauce versatile and approachable. A great addition to everyday meals or weekend treats.

Suitable for almost any food:
Tortillas, burgers, warm sandwiches, tacos, pastas. Or add to baked goods while cooking. Also works in dips or sauce bases. This is a guaranteed choice for the chili lover's kitchen.

The ingredient list of our sauces is short and that's why they're so good.
Handmade in Finland without thickeners, additives, water or extracts. Only real ingredients, honest taste and a touch of passion. A kick better.

Ingredients: paprika, chilies (Naga Jolokia, Jalapeno), garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt
Strength: 3/5 – medium
Packaging: 200 ml glass bottle

For example, try this for baked feta:

1 feta

1 tomato, chopped or cherry tomato halves

1 small onion, chopped

1 clove of garlic

a drizzle of olive oil

1-2 teaspoons thyme or oregano

2 tablespoons Leka chili sauce (or more if you want more heat)

Bake at 200c for 15 minutes, add cream cheese on top for gratin and bake for another 15 minutes or until the surface is nicely browned. We often use small baking dishes, which make a nice spread and everyone gets their own dish to eat :).
