Lipstikka, or liperi, is a strong and aromatic traditional herb, especially known as a stock spice in soups and meat dishes. Lipstikka's flavor is reminiscent of a combination of celery, leek and parsley, and many people are familiar with it from their grandmother's garden. Now it is making a well-deserved return to kitchens.
Lipstick is great for:
– For seasoning soups, broths and stews
– Add to pasta or rice cooking water to add extra flavor
– For stews and vegetarian dishes
– For herb butters: mix with butter and spread on fresh bread, the taste is heavenly
