Smuggler's French Persillade is a classic herb spice blend that brings a French feel to your home kitchen. The blend is made with high-quality sea salt, garlic and parsley. Simple, pure ingredients without unnecessary additives. Persillade works great as a herb salt and is suitable for almost any cooking where you need a fresh herbal kick.
Try it on a breakfast omelet, as a seasoning for baked potatoes, or on top of roasted vegetables. It also works with fish, chicken, and white meats, both as a finishing seasoning and during cooking.
