The Broth

Tasty broth powder without additives made from real ingredients. Can be used instead of and in place of bouillon cubes. Also great for stews and stewing as a spice. The flavor has a nice hint of liperi, which is an old-time cooking herb. In June 2025, our customer in Seinäjoki suggested using The Lieme in rice soup, we tested it ourselves (picture 2) and it was a good tip :). We made barley rice and cauliflower stew, which was seasoned with pepper, piri piri, and lots of ground paprika. Fresh onion, garlic, tomato (4 chopped) and a couple of hundred gram feta cheese cubes to create creaminess (you can add water as needed). Fried/braised chicken is also excellent for this stew.

Without glutamate and palm fat, vegan & gluten-free. Versatile & aromatic without flavor enhancers!

Dosage: 20 g per liter of water. Add to hot water and let it brew in the soup with your other ingredients.

Ingredients: sea salt (38%), carrot, onion, garlic, leek, MUSTARD, turmeric, black pepper, nutmeg, fennel, CELERY, parsley, lovage, lingonberry.

Recipe tip:

This is one of Olka's favorite mousse treats!

150 g kale

1 kg potatoes

1 large onion

2 dl grated cheese

Chop the kale into a pot and add 2 cups of liquid and 2 tablespoons of stock powder, cook until the kale is soft (about 30 minutes). Collect the cooked stock.

While the kale is cooking:

Peel, chop and boil the potatoes.

Fry the onion until soft.

Grate the cheese.

Drain the boiled potatoes, add the chopped cooked kale, fried onion and cheese. Instead of milk, use the kale cooking water as needed to get the desired texture (like traditional mashed potatoes).

You can serve this mousse with dumplings, sausages, hot dogs, fried eggs, etc. Super good home cooking!

I also tested this with delicious pea soup and cabbage casserole, it works :).
