My partner and I are huge fans of Indian food, and one problem we often find is that tandoori seasoning in many places tastes like the pre-mixed stuff you can buy at the supermarket.

This one is completely different. It tastes like proper tandoori from a traditional Indian restaurant. You can really notice all the spices working together in harmony, while still being able to pick out the individual flavours.

It’s fantastic for marinating chicken mixed with yoghurt overnight, and it also works really well sprinkled over tofu after pan-frying it. There’s just something about the flavour that makes it incredibly addictive
